show 183 – Alexa Wiley

Super silly fiesta night with Alexa Wiley! Lately on the show, if we’re not doing reviews of local taquerias, we’re spouting on the coolness of Mexican radio announcers. That’s just how things have gone down. The music as usual was great — Alexa’s song “Las Calles Del Alma” should inspire open mic-ers everywhere to start composing in Spanish.

show 182 – Adam Sweeney

We had a last minute switch on the program; Johnny Keener couldn’t make it, and Adam Sweeney filled in. I had heard Adam’s songs a few weeks ago at the White Eagle, and really loved them.
